Gateway Riding Center
offers regular clinics on a wide
variety of topics. Past clinicians have
included Vitor Silva,
Paul Belasik and David DeWispelaere.
Our featured clinician is Vitor Silva, a classically-trained
riding
master from the Sons of the
Wind School of
Equestrian Arts in Merrimac, Mass.
Many of Gateway’s
riders, including head trainer
Jonelle Reuland, regularly visit Sons of the
Wind for
riding and training lessons and workshops on
Vitor’s
classically-trained Lusitanos.
Gateway has had the
privilege of hosting Vitor Silva
clinics several times a year since
September 2001.
These popular clinics, which fill quickly, emphasize the
development of horse and rider. Vitor shares his special
expertise in
teaching and training through lessons, training
sessions, longeing, long
lining and special workshops and
